ummadum is involved in several phases of the project and is the work package leader of the package “AI-CENTIVE Platform and Use Case Integration”.
They will perform an incentivation Pilot to be tested via the ummadum app, providing AI-driven incentives to guide mobility choices as a means to experiment with and evaluate various incentive schemes, measured through the number of registered and active users, the adoption of specific incentives and the overall satisfaction with the user experience.
